ELAROVIQ accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Depending on your location and device, these may include major credit or debit cards, accelerated checkout services, digital wallets, or other payment methods supported by Shopify and our payment providers.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Please enter your payment credentials only through the checkout or your provider’s approved payment flow, and never send full card details or security codes by email.
Your card or account may be authorised when you place an order, and the charge will appear in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, or other fees. These fees are not controlled or collected by us.
Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention review. We may request additional verification or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, information cannot be verified, or suspected fraudulent activity is identified. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Promotional codes must be entered before checkout is completed and generally cannot be applied retroactively. Whether discounts can be combined depends on the terms of the offer and the options available at checkout.
