Welcome to ELAROVIQ. This online store is operated by CHARMING JEWELLERY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorised to use your chosen payment method. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or interference with its operation or security.

Products and descriptions

We offer jewellery, crystal accessories, pendants, chains, and DIY jewellery components. Materials, measurements, quantities, finishes, and available personalisation are specified on each product page. Gold-coloured finishes should not be understood as solid gold unless expressly stated in the product description.

Where natural stones are specified, variations in colour, inclusions, pattern, and shape may occur. Product photographs illustrate the design; screen settings can affect colour appearance. These variations do not excuse damage, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the description.

Personalised orders

Please check the spelling, initials, design, size, and other customisation details before checkout. We will use the details submitted with your order or subsequently agreed with you in writing. Contact us promptly to request a correction. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

You must have permission to use any artwork or other content submitted for customisation. We may decline unlawful or infringing requests. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.

Orders, prices, and payment

Available payment methods, the transaction currency, and applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a genuine reason, such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, or suspected unauthorised payment. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for a declined order. We will not substitute an item or charge a corrected higher price without your agreement. Price changes do not retrospectively change accepted orders.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and charges. Cancellation and return requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. A restriction on change-of-mind returns for personalised goods does not remove your rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, photographs, designs, and website materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not commercially reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party payment services and linked websites have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required by law.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

We remain responsible for our contractual obligations and rights that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other non-excludable liability. Your mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court access available under applicable law in their country of residence. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Updates will be posted on this page. The terms agreed when your order was placed continue to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
